Just eat sugar!
Judith Hallfrisch PhD found after doing lots of studies that the risk of cardio vascular disease went up when people ate sugar. When they ate complex carbohydrates the risk was less.
Dr Atkins, in his treatment of patients with obesity and diabetes found over many years that an extremely low level of carbohydrates improved people's health remarkably, helping them to lose weight and reverse diabetes.
