A story of illness and natural ways to overcome it
Allergies and Chronic Fatigue A Natural Approach
The person we are today is the sum total of all our experiences throughout our life. We can change the person we will become through the new experiences we have. Some of these experiences we can choose and others seem to be thrust upon us. Hopefully we learn from our experiences and can use them to help others.
I am trying to help others by the sharing the knowledge I have gained throughout my life.
This book chronicles the story of illness of allergies, asthma, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and just about any other name you can add.
But what is in a name? Do we need a name to know that we do not feel well? People with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome have tried for years to get help for their mysterious illness. Because I could get no relief from Western medicine, I chose to look into natural ways to improve my health. The journey is never ending.
This ebook tells you many different ways that you can try. If you don't like one, then try another.
There is always something to help if we will only open our mind and let the help in.
