Gluten Free Stores
I just found another Gluten Free store. These are starting to pop up here and there as more and more people find they are healthier by not eating any form of gluten. Many are also finding benefits by staying away from milk.
This store is in Keilor East, Melbourne, Australia. They also have a website, pictured above.
There is another gluten free store in the main street in Werribee, Victoria. They also have a website.
New Research into Gluten and Milk
Datis Kharrazian, DHSc, DC, MS, practitioner and researcher and lecturer into thyroid and brain problems has just been involved in a study of 400 healthy people trying to determine if gluten or dairy products affected 'healthy' people as well as those already diagnosed to have problems with these foods. It was found that healthy people are also affected by gluten and dairy products.
Being a teacher specializing in the lower three grades of primary school, I have seen how some children are just in a fog. They cannot understand the basics of maths or spelling, no matter how you encourage them. I would like parents to give their children a better chance at school by removing gluten and dairy products from their life. It can be done.
People of any age can benefit by removing wheaten products and rye products and any other foods containing gluten. They can also benefit by removing dairy milk and all products containing milk from their diet. Give it a try and see if you get results.
I would be pleased if would me know.
