Here is a quick, easy recipe to make to make a delicious chocolate milk drink for those who cannot drink cow's milk or have sugar.
You will need Goat's milk, Milo, Hot water and Natvia, a natural sugar supplement.
Into a china mug add 2 teaspoons of Milo or other chocolate powder supplement that is suitable for you, add 2 packets of Natvia and some hot or boiling water. Make this in the mug so that your glass does not crack. Stir. Pour the goat's milk into your glass and add the chocolate mix.
Stir and drink, knowing that the drink you are enjoying is free from cow's milk and added sugar.
