Cholesterol lowering medication can trigger fibromyalgia. Never use them on people CFS or fibromyalgia as they deplete CoQ10. Lower cholesterol by using garlic, Berberine, inositol, hexaniacinate and oats. Anyone taking cholesterol medication should also take CoQ10 (in the vitaline form) 200 mg daily.
Zinc and selenium are important supplements to take daily. Take a zinc lozenge 5-8 times daily. This should contain 10-20 mg zinc per lozenge. It is good for sore throats. Anthony William recommends zinc sulphate in a liquid form.
NAC (N-acetyl Cysteine) 500 mg, helps to build glutathione levels. Glutathione is the major antioxidant in the body. You can safely take up to 3000mg daily of this.
Vitamin C 500 mg daily
You can safely take up to 3000 or 4000 mg daily. Ester C, a form of vitamin C, can be taken once a day and will last in the body for 24 hours.
If you take ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate, you need to divide your dose throughout the day into 3 or 4 portions as it does not last in the body.

Many studies have shown that the intake of eggs makes no difference to our cholesterol levels.
Dietary cholesterol reduces the body’s production of cholesterol. More than 80% of the cholesterol in your blood is produced in your liver.
There is ‘strong evidence to show that the effects of cholesterol rich foods on blood cholesterol are small and clinically insignificant.’
The strong message that eggs are bad for us originated in the US in the 1970s. ‘Scores of studies have confirmed the value of eggs, which are quite possibly the world’s most perfect food; the yolk is the most nutritious part.’
A study in 2013 from researchers at the University of Connecticut showed people on a low-carb diet, eating whole eggs, even on a daily bases, improved insulin sensitivity and other cardiovascular risk parameters.
The whole egg contains all the essential amino acids we need to survive, vitamins and minerals, and antioxidants known ‘to protect the eyes’. They contain ample choline which is very important for aiding helping healthy brain function as well as pregnancy.
Anthony William has a different perspective on eggs. He tells us that eggs feed viruses, especially the Epstein Bar Virus, which many of us have dormant in our body. He recommends to avoid eggs for this reason. Epstein Bar Virus causes many different symptoms of many different illness in our body.
