Dr Richard Johnson is telling us in his videos about the connection between Cardiovascular disease (CVD) and fructose.
Fructose is found in sugar. Fructose makes up 50% of sugar. The other 50% of sugar is glucose.
Fructose is also found in fruit. So to improve our health we could cut back of those sugary drinks that are sweetened with high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) and improve our health at the same time.
