My Heartsong Essences have some beautiful essences made from different sands. When I was collecting the sand from different beaches along the coast of Australia I wondered why I had this strong compulsion.
I made essences from the sands and started to use them in healing. I discovered they had profound healing properties and whenever there was some deep problem to shift I always turned to the Essences of Sand first.
Here, Dr Garry Greenberg shows us just how the sand from various beaches is so different. Each grain of sand is made from something different. These sand grains have been magnified up to 250 times to show us just what beauty our beaches are made of.
Natural Olive Leaf Toothpaste contains Olive Leaf Extract
Natural ingredients are very important to have in your toothpaste. When we put anything in our mouth it starts to break down to be absorbed by our body. Most of us wish to stay well and not be putting extra chemicals into our body.
Although scientists are very clever at making new chemicals for different uses, they still do not know the effects these chemicals have on our body. We do know, however, that chemicals in our body is not good for us.
Recently a relation of mine visited the doctor. She had an infection in her mouth/throat. The first question the doctor asked her was 'What toothpaste do you use?' He had made a connection between a certain well known brand of toothpaste - C****** - with the number of infections of the mouth he treated.
I sell many different brands of natural toothpaste. Following is a list of the ingredients of Olive Leaf Toothpaste. Olive leaf is known to be a healing product. People often take it as a natural antibiotic when they have a cold.

Good food is very important. It provides the fuel our body needs to do what we have to do every day of our life. Bad food also provides fuel for our body but it also creates inflammation in our body. Our body does not differentiate between good and bad food. It just takes what we give it and uses it.
Therefore wouldn't it be better to always give our body good food?
Sometimes it's hard for us to distinguish between good and bad food. Food companies continually tell us how good their food is for us and why we should buy it. They don't always bother if their food is good for us. They only make it taste good so we will want to buy it. Their prime concern is to make money.
Bevan Love to cook. Everyone vies for an invite. His wife is a great cook too!

Do you eat Fructose?
Recently I have been studying the effects of sugar on our system and particularly fructose. All I can say is that the answer to the two questions above - Is sugar killing us? and Do you eat fructose? the answer is YES.
It is very difficult in our society to buy any foods that do not have sucrose, sugar, fructose or high fructose corn syrup in them.
The following video is by Professor Lustig. Here he explains in this rather lengthy video WHY WE GET FAT and also WHY WE BECOME ILL.
It is really scary stuff. I think, by the end of it you will realise that we should stay away from sugar and especially fructose. Fructose is the sugary part of fruit so you have to be wary of fruit too.
Even if you don't have the time to watch all the video, you will get lots of information to make you stop and think what you are putting in your body. As the old saying goes - 'We are what we eat'.
