Dr Richard Johnson is telling us in his videos about the connection between Cardiovascular disease (CVD) and fructose.
Fructose is found in sugar. Fructose makes up 50% of sugar. The other 50% of sugar is glucose.
Fructose is also found in fruit. So to improve our health we could cut back of those sugary drinks that are sweetened with high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) and improve our health at the same time.
Please listen to the second part of what Dr Johnson has to say.
If you have seen the previous videos on my site by Dr Richard Johnson you will be getting the idea of the connection between fructose found in sugar and fruit and the incidence of high levels of uric acid, the growing incidence of cardio vascular disease, obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes and the depletion of energy so many people are experiencing.
Fructose is being increasingly held responsible for dementia, fatty liver and inflammation.
It is worth re-evaluating our diet and excluding fructose. We might feel better from it.
Let me know if you have any success.
Dr Richard Johnson talks to us here about the dangers of FRUCTOSE.
Fructose is a component of sugar and fruit. He tells us why it is so bad for us.
Please watch the video as he tells us in Part 1 of his talk.
Each part of our body is connected to a part of our brain. Our brain affects our body and our body affects our brain. If a part of our body does not work well then a corresponding part of our brain will not be working properly.
Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease
When a person has Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease their brain is not working properly. Also their body no longer works properly. There is a connection between the brain and the body.
Lately I have been studying the workings of the brain through the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. It is a fascinating subject and very detailed. I came across this video which I hope you will find fascinating. It explains beautifully the connection between the body and the brain. Enjoy.

Oil from Australian Eucalypts is a powerful healer
Aromatherapy Oils in Australia
Here in Australia we are lucky enough to have some aromatherapy oils that come from this wide brown land.
Soon after the English claimed the new land they called Australia, the early settlers learnt from the native aboriginal people about the medicinal benefits of the eucalypt and tea tree bush.
Today much is known about the healing benefits of the oils from these plants and they are known around the world.
In recent years rich aromatherapy oils from more Australian native plants have revealed themselves to us.
Benefits of Australian Oils
Eucalypt is known to be very beneficial to help ease head colds and bronchitis. Put a few drops in an aromatherapy burner during winter to keeps cold and 'flu at bay. If you have a head-cold an inhalation with eucalyptus oil will clear your head.
Tea tree has wonderful antibacterial and antiviral properties. It is good to put on cuts and sores. It can be applied 'neat', that is, it does not have to be diluted. Tea tree oil takes the sting out of mosquito bites. Apply to the skin beforehand to deter mosquitos, or after being stung by them.
Ducane Kunzea is a powerful antioxidant. It is so strong that it stops metal from oxidising (rusting) and preserves wood. It has wonderful healing properties. It is an anti-inflammatory, eases pains of arthritis and other aches and pains. It is also proven to kill 99.5% of Golden staph (Staphylococcus aureus). Ducane Kunzea is from Tasmania in the far south of Australia.
Fragonia is as strong as tea tree oil in its anti-infectious and anti-bacterial properties. It is a good expectorant and an effective treatment for joint, muscle and dental pain. Fragonia has a mild, very pleasant fragrance. Fragonia is from Western Australia.
Australian Blue Cypress is from Northern Territory in the north of Australia. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. It relieves itching and is a mild pain reliever for muscular tension and pain. It is reported to heal warts. Australian Blue Cypress is a blue oil.
Next time you need the healing power of some lovely aromatherapy oil try a fair dinkum Aussie oil.
