Test your Supplements
Natural supplements are popular with people who have 'Mystery Illnesses'. There are illnesses that the medical establishment do not really know how to treat. They group a list of symptoms together and give it a name but it does not mean they have an answer. People with Chronic Syndrome, allergies CFIDS, Fibromyalgia, Adrenal Fatigue and many other illness fit into this category.
When the medical profession do not have answers do not have answers, people turn to alternative health professionals who treat with natural supplements. If you have enough information yourself you can buy many supplements from the many health food stores or internet online stores. However doing this can be hit and miss. That is, you don't really know if it is helping you or not.
One way to find out if these supplements are helping you or hindering you is by testing your muscle response. We have an inbuilt sensor system that we can use, however most people don't know about it. This is called muscle testing or Applied Kinesiology. It is easiest if you can find someone who knows how to do this properly to start with. It can get you started on the correct supplements immediately.
Then you can start practicing to learn this process yourself. It is really quite easy, and is just a matter of practice and perseverance. As I used to tell my painting students years ago, there are three important words to remember, 'Practice and Perseverance makes things Perfect'.
Watch the video below to to get you started. There are many different styles shown. Choose one that appeals to you and start practicing it. Feel free to change to a different style any time you wish to change.
When you feel confident enough to start testing different supplements, place the supplement in your body's energy field. Depending on which style of muscle testing you use, you could hold a supplement, place it near your chest, place it on your lap, or simply ask the question, 'Is this good for me right now?'
You can then go on to ask how many capsules to take and how often. You can use muscle testing to test for other things too. Ask any question you want, but remember you only get yes/no answers.
