Wild Blueberries are a superfood. They contain even more antioxidants and the already amazing blueberry. Blueberries have become really popular with blueberry farms dotted around the countryside to supply people with highly nutritious fruit.
Antioxidants are very important for our body. We generate free radicals, (the baddies), atoms that roam around in our body creating havoc as they try to steal electrons to match up with. These free radicals are killed off or neutralized by antioxidants, (the goodies). An excess of free radicals in our body causes ill health. By getting more antioxidants in our body, the free radicals are kept under control.
How to get more Antioxidants
We get more antioxidants in our body from the food we eat. It is important to eat the right food that contains them. Many foods, like junk food, do not contain many or any antioxidants. Fresh fruit and vegetables contain lots of antioxidants along with vitamins and minerals and other nutrients.
How do we know which foods are the most nutritious?
Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity of ORAC, is a laboratory test to find out how many antioxidants foods contain. It tests the total antioxidant capacity.
Medical Medium, Anthony William, says these are the best food on the planet.

Dr Abram Hoffer, eminent psychiatrist, pioneered the use of vitamins and nutrition for people with psychiatric illness and has been doing so since the 1950s.
He found the use of Niacin or Niacinamide which is Vitamin B3, helped people with severe schizophrenia, and treated over 5000 patients, most making a full recovery. He also advocates proper nutrition. Without enough vitamins and minerals, the body cannot function optimally.
